How can I track my order?

Why hasn’t my order shipped yet?

We normally ship within 24 hours. Some orders, e.g. with engraving, can take a little longer.

My parcel should have arrived by now: what should I do?

First check the tracking to see if it was left with a neighbour. If the status hasn’t changed for 5 days, get in touch.

My parcel is going back to the sender: what now?

As soon as it’s back with us, we’ll send it to you again free of charge and get in touch.
