Who pays for return shipping?

You pay for return shipping. Tip: with PayPal you can get return shipping costs refunded up to 12 times a year.

How do I get my money back?

Once we’ve checked your return, we refund the amount to the payment method of your order, within 7 business days of receipt at the latest.

My refund hasn’t arrived yet?

Send us the tracking number of your return via the contact form and we’ll check whether it has arrived at our warehouse.
